• Delivering complex transformation programs through best in class tools, accelerators and methodologies to scope, manage and reduce the risks of delivery, and ensure longer term benefits can be delivered and sustained

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the overall test strategy, test plan, and testing approach for asset servicing and post-trade transformation programs.
• Manage all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Lead test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Oversee test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across front-to-back operational workflows.
• Coordinate testing across multiple application teams, vendors, custodians, and downstream systems.
• Establish and monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, and defect trends.
• Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive automation opportunities and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and steering committees. Domain Responsibilities
• Validate post-trade processing workflows including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Validate asset servicing events such as corporate actions, fund admin, tax processing, and transfer agency, reconciliations, etc.
• Test custody and securities services processes across multiple asset classes.
• Verify fund accounting, NAV calculation, and fund administration processes Experience & Qualifications
• 8-12+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or test management within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing for asset servicing, custody, securities services, or post-trade transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of investment operations and capital markets processes.
• Experience managing onshore, offshore, and hybrid testing teams.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation or platform migration programs.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
