responsibilities:
Pre-Commissioning Management: Manage activities in line with the project execution plan, schedule and system documentation. HSES & Quality: Ensure compliance with HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, risk management and quality standards. Planning & Progress: Monitor progress and productivity, identify delays and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and within budget. Testing & Readiness: Ensure equipment and process systems are prepared for safe Commissioning and Start-Up and perform according to design. Handover: Coordinate the identification and resolution of deficiencies and ensure a smooth transition from Construction to Operations. Team & Contractor Management: Lead the Pre-Commissioning team and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and technical representatives. Reporting & Coordination: Participate in project meetings and prepare Pre-Commissioning progress reports.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial projects and commissioning. You have: Minimum 10 years of experience in Commissioning. Experience with industrial installations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project scheduling and progress monitoring. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and vendors. Good understanding of HSES, risk management and quality processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. What do
