Location:
Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week on-site) About the project: We are not looking for a traditional IT Project Manager focused on administration and reporting. We need someone who takes ownership of a Business/IT program, steers stakeholders, challenges where needed and drives decisions and delivery. The first priority is an e-Invoicing and e-Reporting program across Finance, Operations, IT, SAP, local countries and external partners, alongside other strategic IT initiatives, including NIS2/security. Required
skills:
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional Business/IT programs end to end;
• Strong Finance/IT understanding, preferably with SAP;
• Proven experience driving senior business stakeholders, workshops and steering committees;
• Strong external vendor management (scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria);
• Planning, requirements, testing/UAT, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization;
• Budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes;
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementations;
• A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset and the seniority to operate independently;
• Fluent English. Nice to have:
• e-Invoicing / e-Reporting experience;
• NIS2 or security program experience.
