For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. What awaits you: Be the go-to person for our Customer Service team and support colleagues in their daily work Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Manage the full order process – from quotations and orders to deliveries and complaints Keep office processes running smoothly and collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and other teams Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments Drive process improvements and contribute to exciting cross-functional projects

Your Profile
