Role
• Program 5-axis CNC Turning & Milling machines using CAM software and CNC turning/milling machines
• Set up machines, clamp workpieces, and manufacture components
• Select the appropriate tooling, workholding, and machining strategy
• Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models
• Perform quality inspections and carry out basic machine maintenance
• Optimize existing CNC programs and machining processes
• Work closely with Production to ensure an efficient manufacturing process
• Setup Robojob Automation so production can run lights-out. Profile
• Proven Experience with CNC programming turning and milling
• Knowledge of CAM software (Fusion 360) and CNC machine controls (Mazatrol)
• Able to work independently with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Strong technical insight and a continuous improvement mindset
