CONTENT CREATOR INTERNSHIP MUTANI is a world-first virtual-to-reality fashion brand that empowers diverse gaming communities to flaunt their fandom in everyday life. Through the transformation of iconic game characters and popular titles into contemporary fashion collections, we inspire free self-expression and lasting connections beyond the screen or convention. WHAT’S THE JOB? MUTANI is on the lookout for a Content Creator intern to join our small startup team. You'll be the person behind the camera: shooting, filming and editing the content that fills our Instagram and TikTok. You'll work closely with our founder and two fellow interns: our Graphic & Branding intern, who looks after design, and our Growth Marketing intern, who tracks what works and why. This is a camera-first role. From product shoots and behind-the-scenes moments to creator interviews and community stories, you'll create content that connects with gamers, fashion lovers and creators. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Content Creation & Editing
• Shoot engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Produce short-form videos and Reels from concept to final edit, built for engagement
• Film behind-the-scenes moments, product shoots, events and community activations
• Plan, film and edit interviews with creators, collaborators and community members
• Write engaging captions and copy for social media, campaigns and marketing materials
• Build and organise a growing library of photo and video assets
• Support content creation for our upcoming collection launch Social Media Management & Growth Working closely with our Growth Marketing intern, you'll:
• Plan, schedule and manage our social media accounts
• Use performance insights and growth tactics to grow followers, reach and engagement
• Research platform trends, formats and best practices to keep content fresh
• Interact with and grow our online gaming and fashion community WHO ARE YOU?
• Skilled in photo and video content creation (graphic design skills are a plus)
• Proficient in photo and video editing software, and comfortable filming with a smartphone and/or camera
• Has an eye for composition, detail and atmosphere
• Visual and creative thinker, tapped into current social media trends, aesthetics and subcultures
• Passionate about gaming, fashion or pop culture
• Comfortable talking to people on and off camera, and building an online community
• Excellent written communication skills in English with a quirky pen
• Independent, self-motivated and organised, and enjoys the pace of a small startup
• Studying or experienced in areas such as marketing, communications, media studies, photography or film. A voluntary internship is also possible
• Located in Belgium, able to work from our Antwerp office part-time for a minimum period of 4 months, starting as soon as possible BONUS POINTS
• Event photography or videography
• Low-light photography
• Your own camera equipment, or access to some
• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut
• Lightroom or Photoshop
• Experience with social media advertising
