responsibilities:
• Lead Data Science, ML & GenAI projects from business need to production.
• Develop and industrialize robust and scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Challenge business needs and assess feasibility, value and risks.
• Coordinate Business, Data and IT stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, reviews and coaching to Data Scientists.
• Define and implement AI Governance processes.
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI and EU AI Act requirements.
Your profile
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python & SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
• Good understanding of MLOps & model monitoring.
• Experience as a Senior Technical Expert / Technical Lead / Coach.
• Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI & EU AI Act.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments.
