Join our Controls team to design and develop cutting-edge software for innovative electric Dual-Clutch Transmission (eDCT) technology. In this role, you will architect robust, safety-critical embedded solutions, collaborating closely with System, BSW, and V&V teams to power the next generation of electrified vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
• Model-Based Development: Design and implement application logic and control algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow following the V-Model development lifecycle.
• Software Generation & Build Management: Manage automatic C/C++ code generation via Embedded Coder, build toolchains, and custom script development.
• Verification & Validation (V&V): Execute comprehensive testing activities—including Unit Testing, Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL)—to ensure functional logic correctness and software quality.
• Standardization & Automation: Develop standardized tools and scripts (Python, MATLAB) to automate workflows and support Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support board bring-up, target integration, and debugging activities in close coordination with hardware and electronics engineering teams.
• Requirements Engineering: Analyze system-level requirements and translate them into executable models, architecture design, and robust test cases. Required Qualifications
•

Education:
Master’s degree in Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
•

Experience:
3+ years of professional work experience in Model-Based Design (MBD), embedded software engineering, rapid controller prototyping, and real-time systems testing.
• MathWorks Ecosystem: Strong proficiency with Simulink, Stateflow, and Embedded Coder.
• Embedded Architecture & Standards: Proven experience with AUTOSAR architecture, ISO 26262 Functional Safety standard, and ASPICE framework.
• Software & Build Systems: Solid experience with C/C++ code, Makefiles, toolchain-based build processes, and software interface design for embedded systems.
• Scripting Languages: Practical experience with Python, PERL, Java, or equivalent scripting languages. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Target Language Compiler (TLC) for custom code generation.
• Practical knowledge of modeling standards (MAAB), coding standards (MISRA C), software implementation standards, or automotive certification processes.
• Structured, methodical approach to development and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and collaborative team spirit.
• High enthusiasm for Model-Based Design methodology and its applications in embedded systems. Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary (RAL): €50,000 – €60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Remote Work Allowance: €180 / month tax-free work-from-home allowance
• Meal Vouchers: €10 per working day (€1.09 employee co-pay)
