Location:
Mainly remote (with possible occasional on-site presence in Brussels) 🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
• Assess IT investment architectures for governance approval
• Develop capability models, reference architectures and roadmaps
• Identify architectural risks, obsolescence and redundancies
• Maintain the systems/digital landscape map
• Contribute to IT governance frameworks and policies
• Carry out technology watch, market studies and proofs of concept
• Advise business areas and decision-making bodies. Minimum Requirements ✅ Must-Have
Requirements:
• EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent) and 15 years of IT professional experience.
• English proficiency C1 level or higher.
• Minimum 3 years in enterprise architecture or architecture assessment
• Minimum 15 years in IT project, programme or portfolio management
• Minimum 5 years in IT governance
• Minimum 5 years in project portfolio management
• Practical experience assessing IT investments or solution architectures against corporate frameworks and standards, and experience in large public administrations or organisations with complex IT landscapes, are required.
• Mandatory certification: One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², PM²-Agile, PMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, MoP or equivalent.
• Additional certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT or ITIL are valued.
