Roles & Responsibilities
You develop Ria’s sales activity at the airport and ensure the site’s operational efficiency with the support of 1 Operations Manager, 3 Supervisors, and a team of 20 Cashiers.
• Develop the business: Implement the sales and marketing strategy, grow currency exchange operations, and support prospecting initiatives.
• Manage & train: Lead, motivate, and develop your teams, ensure administrative follow‑up, and participate in recruitment processes.
• Drive performance: Analyze and report the airport’s results and propose improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence to security and compliance procedures, conduct audits, and perform cash controls.
• Enhance stores image: Guarantee cleanliness, comfort, and safety, and supervise layout and customer experience quality. Position Requirements The role requires full professional proficiency in English and at least an intermediate level in French and/or Dutch. You already have a strong experience in an Airport environment or in Retail, as well as experience managing teams. This position requires strong leadership, the ability to unite and motivate teams around common goals, skill in preventing and managing internal conflicts, and strong organizational abilities. Conditions & Benefits
• Permanent contract, 39 hours/week with variable shifts (our 7 points of sale are open Monday to Sunday, from 5:45 AM to 10:15 PM).
• Compensation: Fixed salary based on experience + monthly performance bonuses (from €0 to €1,200 gross/month).
