🌟 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are building institutional infrastructure for the next generation of tokenized capital markets — connecting traditional asset management, digital assets, and blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure. Through a strategic partnership with OP Investment Management (OPIM), a Hong Kong SFC-licensed asset manager, we are developing a regulatory-aligned framework for tokenized investment vehicles, including Tokenized Money Market Funds, Fixed-Income Products, and Private Assets. This is a founding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to help build the institutional bridge between traditional capital markets and digital asset innovation. 💎 FOUNDING PARTNER ECONOMICS Equity Participation Meaningful founding equity participation in the Hong Kong operating entity. GP Economics Participation in management fees and performance-based carry generated from tokenized fund activities. Institutional Foundation Built alongside OPIM, legal advisors, institutional partners, and experienced financial infrastructure architects behind SetSyn Protocol. Licensing Pathway Supported progression toward relevant SFC Type 9 / Type 1 licensing capabilities as the platform develops. 🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW As Co-Founder & Hong Kong Lead, you will own market expansion, institutional partnerships, and commercial development across Hong Kong and regional financial markets. Working closely with the founding team, OPIM, legal advisors, and institutional stakeholders, your focus will include: â€
¢ Building relationships with Family Offices, Asset Managers, Private Banks, and Institutional Investors. â€
¢ Driving business development, capital partnerships, and institutional adoption of tokenized fund products. â€
¢ Bridging traditional fund operations (NAV, subscriptions, redemptions, investor administration) with digital asset infrastructure. â€
¢ Shaping long-term commercial strategy and regional market expansion. 📋

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Institutional Capital Development & Partnerships â€
¢ Develop relationships across Family Offices, Private Wealth, Asset Managers, Securities Firms, Fund Administrators, and Institutional Investors. â€
¢ Lead institutional engagement, fundraising support, and strategic distribution initiatives. â€
¢ Build ecosystem partnerships across legal, financial, and technology providers. 2. Tokenized Funds & Digital Asset Infrastructure â€
¢ Support the structuring and expansion of tokenized investment products, including Money Market Funds, Fixed-Income Products, and Private Assets. â€
¢ Align traditional fund administration processes with blockchain-enabled settlement and digital asset infrastructure. â€
¢ Drive institutional adoption of tokenized capital market solutions. 3. Hong Kong Market Leadership â€
¢ Establish and expand the platform’s presence within Hong Kong’s financial services ecosystem. â€
¢ Represent the partnership in institutional discussions and strategic stakeholder engagements. 👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Professional Experience â€
¢ 3–8 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Private Banking, Securities, Fund Services, or Institutional Digital Assets. Commercial Capability â€
¢ Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, capital raising, partnership development, or client relationship management. â€
¢ Strong network within Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem is highly valued. Market Vision â€
¢ Strong conviction in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization and the future of digital capital markets. â€
¢ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a financial infrastructure platform from 0 to 1. SFC Licensing â€
¢ Prior SFC Type 9 / Type 1 experience is valued but not mandatory. â€
