Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Foreign Trade Salesperson based in Hong Kong SAR, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and developing international sales opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with distributors and OEM/ODM partners, and promoting Kaiyan’s light-therapy solutions across global markets. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries from overseas clients, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating order processing with internal operations teams. The Foreign Trade Salesperson will track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, trade shows, and online sales channels. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback is expected to help drive continuous improvement and revenue growth. Qualifications Strong international sales and business development skills, including experience in foreign trade, B2B sales, and account management in a global context. Proficiency in cross-border communication and negotiation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or other major regional languages are an advantage. Solid understanding of export processes, documentation, and compliance, including logistics coordination, Incoterms, and basic knowledge of international trade regulations. Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans tailored to different regions and customer segments. Familiarity with medical devices, light therapy, or healthcare-related products is highly beneficial, especially experience with OEM/ODM projects and regulatory standards. Comfort using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms to manage pipelines, customer records, and remote collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in foreign trade
