Responsibilities Custody and maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchange Monitor and operate the Operations Console and various systems or platforms. Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements to effectively manage the key risks Conduct reconciliation client deposits & withdrawal instructions, other settlement duties Perform other duties and project responsibilities as assigned. Understand and comply with the company’s risk management and regulatory standards, policies, and controls. Follow proper protocols, procedures, notifications, and communication guidelines. Ensure operational requests are fulfilled with the necessary approvals, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work variable hours on a shift basis, adjusted as needed to meet business requirements. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of stable work experience, ideally in operations or a related field. Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively Proficiency verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
