Senior PMO, trilingual FR/NL/EN We are looking for a Senior PMO to join one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in the energy sector, at one of our clients, a major energy player in Belgium. The context This is a strategic, group-wide programme covering every business domain and technology platform of the B2C business. Belgium is the first country to roll it out. The Belgian project is organised into streams, each covering a functional or technical scope, under the responsibility of a Country Delivery Manager. Your role in all this: you’ll be embedded directly in a stream, working alongside the Stream Lead and helping them steer day-to-day activity. In practice, you will:
• apply the governance set by the transversal PMO (steering rhythm, stream meetings and ceremonies);
• manage your stream’s plan and coordinate with other streams to secure end-to-end delivery;
• identify risks and build mitigation plans;
• run or lead deep-dives on specific topics: consolidate information, bring out the key messages, spot dependencies and connect the right people across the organisation;
• set up and facilitate workshops when needed;
• produce executive-level material for steering committees;
• report on progress and risks, on a regular basis or on demand;
• keep JIRA rigorously up to date;
• work in a complex, multi-layered environment with teams across several countries. What we’re looking for:
• 8 to 10+ years of experience, with solid hands-on PMO practice;
• experience on large IT replatforming projects;
• a good understanding of business processes in the context of a full operational transformation, ideally in energy or utilities;
• fluency in French, Dutch and English (a must);
• strong analytical skills and excellent communication and progress-reporting skills.
