What are we looking for? People who love what they do, who want to do things differently, and who want to join a fast-growing project that works to make the voice of companies and organizations relevant and cut through the noise and indifference. Specifically, we're looking to add a senior economic analysis profile to our team, working for a leading digital client in the e-commerce market. Is this you?
• We believe 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience is key for this role. Previous experience in consulting and the digital sector is ideal.
• A background in Economics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Analytics, or even Mathematics.
• Excel will be your breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Bonus: fluency with statistical software such as Stata or GRETL, or with programming languages (R).
• The ability and skills to deal directly with clients and navigate complex organizations through charm and perseverance, building internal alliances that go beyond what the org chart says.
• A strategic mindset for influence and stakeholder relations. The economic analysis you'll produce isn't done for its own sake: it supports the company's influence and stakeholder engagement strategy. You have the judgment to tell what can support the company's strategic goals, and you proactively suggest anything you think can contribute to them.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C2 or bilingual). Other languages are a plus, especially Spanish.
•

Location:
Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon. And the following skills and attitudes, among everything else you can bring us :)
• You're naturally curious and eager to keep learning.
• You can take on responsibility and ownership.
• You're committed, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
• You're a true teammate, fostering a one-team culture.
• You're ready to speak up and drive change. Honesty and intensity are our engine.
• Think. Speak up. Street smarts. Humility. And plenty of sense of humor. What do

we offer
?
• A free way of working: remote work whenever you need it, and flexible start times, finish times, and breaks. Intensive workdays on Fridays and during the summer.
• A flexible compensation plan for restaurants, childcare, and transport.
• Private universal health insurance. Harmon covers 100% of the cost, including psychology, physiotherapy, and travel insurance.
• Training: we don't see it as a perk but as our obligation. We've structured different sessions into a 50-hour-a-year plan, from English classes to crisis management, design, and more.
• A real challenge We're looking for people who want to grow their careers at the same pace as the company. If you'd like to help build a company and its culture, this is your place.
• We have an office in central Madrid where we hold many of our events and training sessions. No dress code and no masks: we're building an authentic, diverse team. Friday aperitivos, because Madrid without an aperitivo makes no sense.
• A critical culture that aspires to make a mark on the industry. Our manifesto embraces honesty, creativity, responsibility, and passion for what we do.
• Extras: a discounts platform (from cinemas and theaters to tech and fashion) and access to a private network of doctors (beyond the health insurance).
