• Compensation: HK$200 /attendee + 2% flat commission/recruit.
• The Funnel: No Cold Calling. You warm up corporate leads and book them into our 90 min Forum. Our Closers finalize the HK$30k–$60k contracts.
• The Product: Elite upskilling membership featuring Masterclasses, premium activities & excursions (HKJC private box, Wimbledon, Tsinghua, French vineyards etc…)
• The Target: Ambitious middle managers and Chinese executives and professionals in HK (港漂).

Requirements:
1–3 years in executive appointment setting, experienced LinkedIn SDRs, recruitment sourcing, or high-ticket sales. Trilingual an asset.
