Job Description

Today we own 67 boutiques worldwide in countries such as Japan, China, South-Korea, Dubai, UK, Germany, France, and many more. about the job
· Responding to and following up on inquiries
· Order management: preparing quotations, creating delivery notes, processing and registering orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing invoicing
· Providing logistical support: printing orders and creating transport labels
· Participating in client meetings and potential events
· Contributing to the development of marketing materials for the B2B channel about you
· Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Teamwork and communication are among your key strengths
· Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus
· Flexible, proactive, rigorous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
