About Merlin Innovation
At Merlin, we believe the most exciting thing about AI is what people can do with it. That's why we help organisations explore ambitious ideas, test them quickly, and turn the best ones into solutions that make a real difference. One day, that might mean running a workshop to uncover new opportunities. The next, it could mean building a rapid prototype or helping bring a solution into everyday use. We’re there from the first “Could AI help us do this?” to the moment it becomes “We use this every day.” Our approach is curious, practical, and hands-on. We enjoy asking big questions, exploring new possibilities, and, most importantly, making things happen.

• Contributing to the preparation and delivery of client workshops
• Supporting the development of business cases and client-ready deliverables (reports, presentations, recommendations)

• Start date: to be discussed
• Minimum duration: 3 months
•
Location:
fully on-site in Brussels
Your profile
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in AI, data, business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, generative AI, and real-world business applications (no need to be a technical AI developer)
• Solid research, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn insights into clear written outputs (slides, reports, summaries, business cases)
• Comfortable supporting workshops and contributing to interactive presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable mindset and ease working in a start-up environment Languages
• Fluent in English + French or English + Dutch
• English + French + Dutch is a strong plus
• (Any other language is an extra plus)
