• AI Strategy, Use Case Identification & Business Analysis
• Generative AI, Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
• Requirements Gathering, Process Design & Rapid AI Prototyping
• Stakeholder Management, Workshop Facilitation & AI Adoption Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify where current AI (generative AI, agents, retrieval, and automation) can improve productivity, decisions, customer experience or operations.
• Translate business problems into use cases with a clear problem statement, users, data needs, constraints, success metrics and a simple business case.
• Assess feasibility — business impact, technical complexity, data readiness, risk, change effort and recommend.
• Write requirements, user stories and process maps for AI-enabled workflows that sit on top of existing systems; act as the bridge between business and technology.
• Stay current on what is happening in AI — models, tools, agent patterns, enterprise platforms — and brief the team in plain language
• Identify and shape automation opportunities (workflow, RPA / low-code, or agentic) and support delivery with IT or vendors. Qualifications/Requirements
• Degree in business, information management, computer science, operations, or a related discipline.
• Open to a range of experience, including fresh graduates with relevant AI internship or project experience.
• Familiar with current AI and able to discuss recent tools and use cases in plain language.
• Able to consolidate business problem, write a simple case, and work with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Experience with vibe coding or rapid AI prototyping is an advantage.
• Able to write clearly, run a workshop, and explain AI output to non-technical users. Cantonese and English are an advantage in Hong Kong.
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
