China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. Responsibilities
• Working full time for the exclusive use of the Service Manager and its staff throughout the Service Period to provide accounting support to the Service Manager and its staff in the delivery of their duties associated with the contract;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and assigned projects. Requirements
• At least Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language and a minimum of Level 2 for Mathematics Compulsory Part in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent;
• At least 3-years full time working experience in accounting or auditing fields; OR possess relevant working experience in public works projects adopting NEC target cost contract form;
• Strong analytical and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills;
• Independent, be able to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
