To be part of a young/dynamic team, be empowered to take initiatives, have a good work/life balance, drink beers on Thursdays and be HAPPY Your Mission: Web & graphical design of our customers' projects as well as our internal communication material: Create useful visual content (images, infographic, Animation, presentation etc…) Create all useful material to support the Social Media presence of our customers Create the designs and graphical material of the pages we manage (Company Page on Facebook, etc…) Create the designs of the Applications and/or Social Sites we develop (Facebook, Socialized websites, etc…) Create appealing designs for the purpose of Social Media Advertising (Facebook campaigns, Newsletters etc… Support Be Connect’s corporate communication (Website, Social Media Channels, Product & Services etc..) The slicing of pages, HTML, CSS, Integration and testing on the different browsers Manage designs bugs

Your Profile
/Requirements You have following

skills:
You are native NL/FR speaker, fluent in FR/NL & EN Bachelor, University degree, or equivalent by experience You are a young graduate with a first professional experience through a traineeship or with 2-3 years experience (Web agency, Communication Agency,…) You are a multi-disciplinairy digital designer; from extra-ordinary user experience to clever online creations You are creative and passionate about Digital and Interactive communication and are familiar with top social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Google +, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram,… You are rigorous, dynamic, ambitious and known for your interpersonal skills and curiosity You are well organized, structured and accurate You are service oriented and have a highly developed sense of responsibility you are a great communicator, and demonstrates lots of “common sense” You are customer-driven you are not afraid to try new technologies or platforms you like having autonomy and you are solution driven You work systematically and have clear goals in mind You Have Following Technical Skills Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) HTML & CSS Responsive Design JavaScript & JQuery SEO Usability Offer A full-time position (Starting with an FPI/IBO contract) Be part of a young, dynamic team of passionate and enthusiastic colleagues in an international environment Be active in a fast changing sector Build experience in various areas of Digital and Social Media Continuous development and regular training Growth within the company
