Responsibilities:
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operations and documentation support for Air Import Operations team;
• Handle Air import documentations and trucking arrangement;
• Perform data entry & report processing;
• Follow up existing orders.
Requirements:
• DSE or above;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Airfreight Import daily operations in freight forwarding industry;
• Solid experience in China Trucking and Logistics arrangement;
• Proficiency in MS Office Application;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate available is preferred. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
