Arnold & Porter is seeking a Mid-level Associate for its Antitrust/Competition practice for our Brussels office. About The Job Arnold & Porter is currently recruiting a mid-level associate to join our top-ranked Antitrust & Competition Practice in our Brussels, Belgium office. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of five years of relevant antitrust experience, including in top-ranked law firms. In addition, applicants must possess superb research, writing, and analytic skills, demonstrated ability to work efficiently with AI, and an ability to operate both independently and creatively and as part of a team. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references. More than 120 attorneys in our US and European offices handle complex and critical antitrust and competition matters. In Brussels, our lawyers work on the full range of competition law matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment control, Foreign Subsidies Regulation, European Commission investigations under Article 101/102 TFEU, counselling, DMA, DSA, and State Aid, as well as related litigation. The European team is based in Brussels and London and fully integrated, routinely staffed on the same matter. The European team works very closely with colleagues in our US offices on most matters.
