Hung Hom Employment period: 2-year contract/permanent Major Duties Applications are invited for the above post to manage outreach activities via Green Studio Multi-Purpose Vehicle (mobile truck) in the Marketing & Communications Department, under the Customer Success & Experience (CSE) Business Group. The appointee will have the following
key responsibilities
• Assist in planning and organising different customer engagement and outreach activities via CLP’s mobile truck – Green Studio Multi-Purpose Vehicle fleet (“the fleet”), for the promotion of energy efficiency & conservation (EE&C) messages and brand image
• Execute and run outreach activities leading a team of outreach ambassadors to promote low-carbon lifestyle via adoption of CLP’s green products and services to primary school students, teachers, community stakeholders and the public via the fleet
• Take the initiative in exploring and executing an innovative way of customer engagement experience, on
- and off
- the multi-purpose vehicles and in other interactive approaches
• Coordinate, conduct sharing, talks and various activities on
- and off
- vehicle at schools, community venues and other outdoor locations in an interactive and engaging way
• Handle all logistics associated with the operation of the outreach activities, including but not limited to customer communications, enquiries, administration and reporting
• Closely monitor and analyse the performance and results to achieve KPIs. Comply company protocols and safety standards
• Provide support to marketing communications campaigns and events development, including above-the-line, below-the-line, digital marketing, etc. as assigned by supervisor
• Work closely with internal and external counterparts, including vendors and agencies, to deliver quality communication deliverables and media plans
• Perform departmental duties, including team budget, report consolidation, etc. Requirements
• A recognised university degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2-4 years’ relevant working experience in public education or engagement programmes, event management, advertising, digital marketing, customer services or communications. Experience in hospitality/servicing/education industry is a definite advantage
• Good presentation and excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluency in Putonghua
• Pleasant, highly proactive, independent, a quick learner and good team player is a must; candidate with a passion to interact with people from different segments and willingness to embrace challenge and agility at work is preferred
• Exposure and strong willingness to embrace the use of AI tools and platforms delivering workflow and creativity enhancement, in accordance to company guidelines will be a definite advantage
• Good computer knowledge with digital skillsets in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other multi-media experience will be an advantage
• Subject to outreach activities and event schedules, occasional work on weekends/public holidays may be required, with replacement leave covered upon management approval About Clp CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
