About the Role
We are expanding our team in the heart of Brussels If you are seeking an immersive, empowering, and 360-degree internship experience, we are delighted to offer several 6-month opportunities within our Benelux division. OPEN POSITIONS Operational Marketing Coordinator Intern(s) (Starting December 2026 or 2027) Your mission: Coordinate and execute Marketing and Digital activities while supporting our sales teams in optimizing in-store field animations. Day-to-day:
• Assist the Marketing Coordinators in executing trade plans and daily operations.
• Support the Digital Coordinator (updating retailer pages, drafting newsletters, etc.).
• Oversee the development of operational tools (CRM, podiums, lightboxes/duratrans, PR events) in collaboration with distributors and suppliers.
• Centralize point-of-sale (POS) merchandising needs and coordinate their seamless implementation.
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team (sales, digital, training, admin, PR) to develop promotional materials, draft copy, and follow up on production and delivery.
• Create essential support documents: training materials, product launch dossiers, mailings, and invitations. PR & Communication Intern (Starting 2027) Your mission: Elevate and support brand visibility across the Benelux market. Day-to-day: Operational management of events, press and public relations, and coordination of influencer campaigns. Ideal Profiles
• Pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Deeply passionate about the luxury beauty universe.
• Dynamic, highly organized, proactive, and meticulous, with excellent project management skills.
• Ideally trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
