Cohabs is reimagining urban living by creating thoughtfully designed homes and services that make city life easier, richer and more connected. Today, we operate across nine cities, combining great spaces with a genuine sense of belonging.
As Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll own Cohabs’ end-to-end acquisition strategy, bringing Marketing and Sales together to drive revenue growth and occupancy across all our cities. You’ll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy, developing high-performing teams and building scalable processes to support Cohabs’ next stage of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the lead acquisition funnel end to end, from demand generation to signed contract, bringing Marketing and Sales together under one strategy, one set of KPIs and one accountable leader.
• Be accountable for revenue and occupancy rate (OR), translating business objectives into measurable targets across all cities.
• Define and execute the acquisition strategy, managing budgets and channel mix to maximise qualified leads, improve conversion and optimise cost per booking.
• Lead and develop the Performance Marketing and Sales teams, currently operating separately, establishing clear responsibilities, performance targets and accountability.
• Drive sales conversion, improving lead qualification, response times, follow-up and closing rates throughout the funnel.
• Monitor and optimise performance, using CRM data and weekly reporting to track lead generation, conversion, acquisition costs, revenue and occupancy.
• Work with Operations, Finance and Investment on pricing, yield management, occupancy forecasts and the commercial strategy for new houses.
• Integrate AI and automation across marketing, lead qualification, sales and reporting to improve efficiency, conversion and scalability.
• Contribute to Cohabs leadership as one of the key leaders, driving strategic decisions and working closely with the C-Levels and Cities. What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, sales or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record of building or scaling an end-to-end acquisition funnel, with measurable results in lead generation, conversion, revenue and customer acquisition costs.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, sales processes and channel optimisation.
• Experience leading and integrating Marketing and Sales teams, with clear KPIs and performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget ownership, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Practical experience using and implementing AI, automation and CRM tools to improve commercial performance and team productivity.
• Autonomous and results-driven, with strong ownership, sound judgement and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, co-living, B2C or multi-city businesses is an advantage. Ready to shape the future of urban living and drive Cohabs’ next stage of growth? Join us and help make city life easier, richer and more connected.
• Starting date: January 2027
• Salary range to expect: 140,000€
- 160,000€ + variable compensation. No company car @Cohabs.
• Contract type: Permanent contract Company description Cohabs was founded in Brussels in 2016, when rental homes for young people were missing two things: quality and connection. So we started over, designing homes where connection is built into the architecture, backed by services that genuinely take care of our members. In 2026, we’re celebrating ten years of turning that idea into reality. From our first home in Brussels, we’ve grown to New York, Paris, Madrid, Luxembourg, London, Milan, Washington DC and Marseille, and we’re a certified B Corp committed to choices that are better for people and the planet. And we’re just getting started: by 2030, we aim to reach 12,500 beds across 11 markets, with several new ways of living in the city. Every part of the business exists for one reason: to make our members’ lives easier, richer and a little less lonely. Our motto? Live like you mean it.
