Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate Employment at TILIA LAW, located in Zaventem. The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, providing support in labor law cases, and liaising with clients. The role also involves supporting senior lawyers in case preparations, attending meetings, and keeping abreast of changes in employment law.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of labor law
• Strong research, drafting, and document review skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Belgian Master’s degree in Law
• Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch or French; English is a must
