Work you'll do
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Resolve day-to-day workplace technology issues and be able to diagnose and resolve the issues independently, including hardware and software faults, Microsoft Office applications, security matters, printing, scanning, reinstalling the Windows operating systems, etc.
• Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and related infrastructure issues.
• Support IT asset management and incident management activities. We are looking for someone with
• Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent, or above.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience in the role of IT Support Engineer
• Possess experience providing desktop support to end users, including issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Possess experience in Government projects is preferred
• Able to work proactively and independently as well as collaboratively
