You'll become the driving force behind our first-line IT support, ensuring that colleagues receive fast, friendly, and effective assistance whenever they need it. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, contribute to digital improvements, and grow alongside 4 experienced IT professionals who will support your development. • becoming the first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation by managing and following up the support -tickets;
• prepare and configure laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment;
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective;
• assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and workplace technologies;
• stay up to date with developments in Microsoft 365, AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.

You have recently completed a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, Applied Computer Science, or a related field. You may already have some professional experience, but what matters most is your mindset You're someone who:

• appreciate connecting with colleagues across the business and are willing to travel between our offices in Aalst, Antwerp, Gosselies, Zaventem, and Liège whenever needed.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English and French.
