Cohesion is now looking to expand its investor base in Hong Kong. We are seeking a highly connected senior private wealth or fund distribution professional who can provide direct access to larger family offices and ultra-high-net-worth investors. The Opportunity The primary purpose of this role is to use your existing personal network to introduce Cohesion to Hong Kong family offices and UHNW investors capable of making individual fund allocations. This is not a passive advisory appointment. You will be expected to personally approach relevant contacts, secure qualified introductions and help progress investor interest towards an allocation. Working directly with Cohesion’s Founder and CEO, you will help position its Indian public-equities strategy with sophisticated investors across the Hong Kong market. What You Will Do You will: Identify suitable family offices and UHNW investors within your existing Hong Kong network Personally approach relevant contacts and introduce them to Cohesion Secure qualified introductory meetings with investors Introduce Cohesion’s leadership team and Indian public-equities strategy to prospective investors Help the team understand each investor’s objectives, allocation criteria and decision-making process Support follow-up discussions and help progress genuine investor interest towards an investment Advise Cohesion on how best to position its strategy for the Hong Kong private wealth market Provide relevant market intelligence and feedback from prospective investors Success in the role will be measured by the quality of introductions made, the number of qualified investor conversations generated and, ultimately, capital introduced to the fund. Who We’re Looking For You will be a senior financial services professional with a deep, active and trusted network across the Hong Kong family office and UHNW community. You may come from private banking, private wealth, asset management, fund distribution, investor relations or capital introduction. Most importantly, you will have direct personal relationships with substantial investors and a credible track record of raising capital for investment funds or introducing investors to fund opportunities. Your experience should be primarily connected to public markets and equities, ideally including Asian equities, emerging markets or India-focused investment strategies. You Bring A deep and current network of Hong Kong family offices and UHNW investors Direct personal relationships that you would be comfortable approaching about Cohesion Access to larger family offices and UHNW investors capable of making individual allocations of approximately US$10 million or more A demonstrable track record of raising capital for funds or introducing investors to fund opportunities Senior experience in private banking, private wealth, asset management, fund distribution or capital introduction Strong knowledge of public-market and equity investment strategies The credibility to discuss investment philosophy, performance, risk and portfolio construction with sophisticated investors The judgement and professionalism required to manage high-value investor relationships Strong integrity, discretion and commercial awareness Why This Role?
