About the role
We are hiring a Facility Coordinator who will join the team based in Brussels. It's main mission will be to ensure the coordination of Facilities and Technics. Also to support your line manager to guarantee the interests of the company in all circumstances while respecting INNO values

Key responsibilities
• Regular building inspections
• Monitoring repairs
• Tracking preventive maintenance
• Participate in the implementation of certain projects
• Organizing and overseeing internal cleanings
• Placing orders
• Arranging regular meetings with suppliers and subcontractors
• Being the first point of contact for facility-related questions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar function
• Technical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Resourceful, autonomous
• Organized, structured, observant, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical skills
• Languages : fluent in French &Dutch (English is a plus)
