About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a Medior DevOps Engineer to support a large international enterprise in strengthening its DevSecOps and cloud delivery capabilities. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure and deployments, embedding security and quality controls, and improving monitoring and operational processes. You will work with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, as well as container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. The position also involves supporting release management, incident management, patching, backup and disaster recovery activities, while helping teams adopt effective DevOps and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using an SDLC platform.
• Integrate security and quality controls throughout software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
• Support cloud infrastructure and account management.
• Work with containerised and/or serverless applications.
• Implement monitoring and logging for delivery pipelines and infrastructure.
• Support incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Track delivery performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to DevSecOps process improvements.
• Support release and deployment processes.
• Manage patching and configuration activities.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Contribute to operational security.
• Provide guidance and coaching to teams on pipeline, security and quality practices. Required Skills Mandatory Skills
• DevOps experience.
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

• Infrastructure as Code.
• Cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
