Hong Kong Reporting to: Director of Finance (Hong Kong) Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Junior Accountant to support finance operations for our Singapore entity. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations, and support monthly and year-end financial closing. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow with an expanding entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, staff expense claims and bank reconciliations. Â
· Process vendor invoices, reimbursement requests and payment instructions accurately and in a timely manner. Â
· Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers and supporting documentation in compliance with local Reporting Standards and company policies. Â
· Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of management reports and balance sheet reconciliation. Â
· Support GST filing, annual tax computation and statutory audit processes. Â
· Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for local operations. Â
· Liaise with local banks, auditors and tax agents as required. Â
· Work closely with the Hong Kong finance team to align financial processes and reporting standards. Â
· Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Â
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Â
· 1–3 years of solid accounting experience; experience in entertainment, events or MNC environments is preferred. Â
· Sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations. Â
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills. Â
· Meticulous, well-organized and highly responsible. Â
· Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication with regional teams. Â
· Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
