About aestheticwolfaestheticwolf has been an established activewear brand in Belgium for years and is now rapidly growing in the rest of Europe, selling activewear in more than 25 countries, mainly through e-commerce channels. Our brand is a companion for women who aspire to an active and fulfilled lifestyle, empowering them to not settle for anything less. Internship descriptionAs our Marketing & Growth Intern, you will help grow aestheticwolf across our webshop, social channels and community. You work side by side with the founders on the channels that bring in customers every week: paid social, email, website etc. You learn how a growing e-commerce brand decides where to invest, and you see the effect of your work in the numbers within weeks. Next to the day-to-day, you take ownership of one larger growth project, such as the marketing plan for a product launch, measuring what our creator programme returns, or research into who our customers are and why they buy.

What you'll do
• Paid social: plan, set up and report on Meta campaigns.
• Email: build, test and schedule campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
• Influencer and creators: find and brief creators, send product, track content and sales.
• Website: update product pages, landing pages and content in Shopify.
• Reporting: the weekly numbers from Shopify, Meta and Klaviyo, with your conclusions.
• The planning and admin that come with a small team. Who we're looking for
• A master student in Handelswetenschappen, TEW / Business Economics, Bedrijfskunde, Communicatiewetenschappen or a similar programme, with an internship in your 2026–2027 curriculum.
• Comfortable with numbers: you read a dashboard and come back with a conclusion.
• You write well in Dutch and English.
• You know Instagram and TikTok as a user and want to understand them as a business.
• A plus: experience with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify or GA4, and an active lifestyle yourself. Practicals
