Project Manager – SaaS Customer Solutions (FR/NL/EN)
MISSION
Understand and challenge clients’ needs and operational context to propose coherent, sustainable solutions that meet their expectations and align with Speos’ product vision.
Define and explain solutions based on the selection, combination and configuration of Speos’ standard product and service building blocks, demonstrating how they address clients’ needs.
Manage client projects end to end — involving legacy systems, complex onboarding onto the Communication Platform or migration from legacy systems to the Communication Platform — from initial scoping through to go-live and the first billing run. Ensure controlled delivery across scope, schedule, budget and risks, clear governance and effective communication between internal teams and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Solution Architect Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
• Contribute, when required, to scoping opportunities during pre-sales or pre-migration, ensuring alignment between client needs, any solutions already implemented in legacy systems, and the capabilities of Speos’ products and standards. Help establish realistic and sustainable commitments.
• Understand, challenge, assess and document clients’ business needs — problems, objectives, constraints and priorities — by mapping them against existing legacy systems, platform capabilities and the product roadmap, to recommend solutions that ensure client satisfaction and align with Speos’ vision.
• Gather the client information and specific requirements needed for successful project delivery from client-facing teams (KAM and SAM).
• Challenge specific or unrealistic client requests, constructively reframe them in light of Speos’ constraints and vision, and propose alternatives compatible with contractual commitments, product capabilities and operational constraints.
• Perform gap analysis between client needs, any existing legacy solutions, the capabilities of Speos’ standard product and service building blocks, and available configuration options, to define the most suitable functional solution and identify any missing building blocks.
• Translate agreed solutions into the selection and configuration of standard product and service building blocks and, where necessary, into clear, detailed functional specifications for custom development.
• Act as the voice of the client and provide input to Product Managers and Product Owners. Project Management
• Manage the operational delivery of projects end to end in an agile IT environment: define and maintain a realistic project plan covering milestones, dependencies and risks; monitor scope, schedule, budget and risks; escalate issues as required; and prepare trade-off decisions through to delivery.
• Act as the client’s main point of contact throughout the project. Maintain structured, transparent communication and documentation on progress, risks, impacts, trade-offs and decisions, ensuring a shared understanding of the solution proposed and agreed with the client, as well as the next steps, in coordination with other client-facing and internal stakeholders (SAM, KAM and IT).
• Collaborate with client-facing teams (KAM and SAM), Product, IT and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a shared understanding of the agreed solution, its implementation, the schedule, budget and decisions made. Ensure a structured handover to the SAM at the end of the project to maintain continuity in the client relationship.
• Work closely with IT QA teams and contribute to functional test plans to ensure deliverables meet the approved specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve project and delivery processes, particularly through automation and AI. Propose and help implement improvements that strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency and overall consistency of project delivery. PROFILE As a Solution Architect / Project Manager, you bring:
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in IT project management, functional analysis and/or solution architecture within a company offering a B2B product, in a client-facing role.
• The ability to understand complex business needs, scope them and translate them into clear functional specifications aligned with the product vision.
• The ability to challenge clients, reframe their requests and propose realistic alternatives, taking technical, contractual and operational constraints into account.
• Strong end-to-end project management skills, covering governance, planning, risks, trade-offs, escalations and delivery through to go-live.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented approach, with initiative, curiosity, the ability to anticipate risks and an active contribution to continuous improvement.
• Confidence working with technical teams (development, QA and delivery) in an Agile / Scrum environment, supported by a solid understanding of IT.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills in a multi-client, multi-project environment, with professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
WHAT WE OFFER
• A competitive salary package, including benefits such as a company car or mobility budget, a CCT90 collective performance bonus, group and hospitalisation insurance, and meal vouchers.
• Plenty of autonomy and flexibility, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on Speos’ growth.
• A stimulating, evolving role with a wide range of challenges, opportunities and innovative projects.
• A dynamic team within a company culture with a family feel.
• A welcoming atmosphere built on collaboration, camaraderie and strong colleague relationships.
• A diverse team of talented colleagues, with room for ideas, initiative and professional development. WHY JOIN SPEOS?
