Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) is the flagship of overseas business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (“ICBC”) – currently the largest commercial bank in China, and it is one of the domestic systemically important banks (D-SIBs) in Hong Kong. Job Responsibilities
Review employee-submitted reimbursement documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, approval forms) for compliance, completeness, and logical consistency, ensuring adherence to company financial policies, expenditure standards, and tax regulations. Verify the authenticity of receipts and identify instances of fraudulent, expired, or duplicate reimbursement claims.
Accurately enter approved reimbursement information into the financial systems, ensuring correct amounts, accounting codes, and cost centers, etc. Regularly reconcile bank statements with financial system data to ensure accounting consistency.
Communicate effectively with employees regarding reimbursement issues, guiding them to correct erroneous documents or provide necessary supplementary materials. Collaborate with the Finance department and other business units to optimize reimbursement processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Systematically organize and archive reimbursement vouchers, ensuring the completeness and traceability of both electronic and physical records to meet audit requirements. Assist in preparing statistical reports related to expense reimbursements to provide data support and decision-making basis for management.
Provide feedback on recurring issues and participate in policy updates to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in financial management or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial software.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility. Capable of handling repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and adherence to principles.
Possess strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
