At Jolipa (www.jolipa.com) we have acquired an advanced position in the world of interior decoration. The organisation exists over 40 years and we have a showroom in Tournai of more than 6000m². Each year we launch two collections and showcase new trends worldwide. Our products are sold in more than 100 countries worldwide.
About the role
As an Account Manager UK, you are responsible for maintaining and developing our customer base in the United Kingdom. Your responsabilities You build long-term relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new B2B clients. You travel to the UK approximately once or twice a month to visit customers and prospects. You encourage customers to visit our showroom in Belgium and attend our trade fairs in Paris and Frankfurt. You professionally follow up on sales opportunities and provide excellent customer support. You coordinate showroom visits and ensure an outstanding customer experience. When not travelling or hosting customers, you work from home or from the Jolipa offices.
Your profile
You have proven sales experience, preferably within home textiles, decoration, tableware or a related industry. You have experience in B2B sales and business development. You are fluent in English. If you have experience selling to retailers, independent stores or distributors in the UK market that is considered a strong asset. You are experienced in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools. You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. You are highly results-driven and enjoy prospecting and winning new customers. You possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You are flexible, customer-focused and willing to adapt to business needs. You are based in Belgium and willing to travel regularly to the UK. Why Join Us?
