• Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information
• Update guest’s profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved Qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Front Desk
• Knowledge in Opera Cloud System is preferrable
