You will develop a clear process architecture and manage the central process library.
You will define group-wide standards and support sites in applying them.
You will identify best practices and build an international network of local process champions.
You will drive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies such as value stream mapping, 5S and Kaizen.
You will translate operational needs into clear business requirements for IT.
You will act as business lead for process improvements, system implementations and upgrades.
You will translate the Operations strategy into a concrete process roadmap.
You will
report to the Warehouse & Production Manager RAD. In addition, you
will work closely with department heads, the Production Manager ERAP,
Operations Project Managers, IT Business Analysts and local site managers.
What do
you bring?
A degree in business economics, industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
At least three years of experience in process management, supply chain or operations.
Experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and end-to-end supply chains.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and process modelling.
Strong skills in KPI definition, data analysis and dashboarding.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
A Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and knowledge of other languages are strong assets. How will you make a difference?
You think
end-to-end and bring structure to complex challenges. You connect the shop
floor with management and bring stakeholders on board without hierarchical
authority. You combine a long-term vision with a pragmatic approach.
