� Production Lead | Sterile Fill & Finish | Liège Our client is a growing pharmaceutical CDMO specialized in sterile fill & finish, supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the development and manufacturing of innovative treatments. As part of their continued growth, we are looking for a Production Lead to join the Manufacturing team and play a key role in the daily coordination of sterile production activities. 🎯 Your responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day aseptic manufacturing activities Act as the operational link between the Manufacturing Supervisor and production technicians Provide back-up to the Manufacturing Supervisor when required Support production planning, campaign preparation and changeovers Prepare and review GMP documentation: MBRs, SOPs, Work Instructions, Batch Records, etc. Manage and contribute to Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls and risk assessments Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives: 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC Contribute to team training and qualification Support audits and regulatory inspections 🔬

Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry or a related technical/scientific field 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing Experience in aseptic manufacturing / sterile fill & finish is highly preferred Strong knowledge of GMP and cleanroom environments Experience with isolators, single-use systems and/or automated filling equipment Familiarity with ERP, MES and/or eQMS systems English B2 minimum French is a strong asset Strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills Proactive, rigorous and improvement-oriented 🌱 What’s in it for you?
