• Implement targeted and insightful risk management solutions using advanced research-based and analytically driven methodologies
• Advise clients on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes and frameworks to strengthen strategic alignment, decision-making, response capability and regulatory compliance
• Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business and contribute ideas and input to support project managers in preparing project proposals
• Provide needs-based emerging service engagements (i.e. AI risk governance, regulatory compliance and cost optimization, revenue recovery, etc.) that integrate with clients’ business practices and support strategic objectives
• Ability to implement risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision and strategic priorities
• Lead or support new-to-market engagements and remain agile in taking on emerging challenges such as AI risk management models, cost optimization and related services
• Assist in client communication, project organization and delivery, and presentation of project results
• Support the implementation of service projects under the project manager’s leadership, covering risk management, internal control, process management and optimization etc.
• Manage project quality, timeline and cost

We are looking for someone with
• Bachelor or above degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Certification of CPA, CIA, CISA is preferred but not essential
• Related experience in internal controls, risk management, or financial audits is preferred but not essential. In particular, any in-house/consulting experience with AI risk management, cost optimization, revenue recovery, operational risks will be useful.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Proficiency in other languages, such as Bahasa Indonesian/Malay, Japanese, or Korean, is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to travel, including Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
• Solid knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools is preferred (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
