Beauty Therapist

Role Description This full-time, on-site Beauty Therapist role is based at Juliana Hotel Brussels. The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments in line with hotel standards, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience for guests. Day-to-day tasks include performing skin care treatments, hair removal services, and other cosmetology procedures, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and work areas. The role involves welcoming guests, understanding their needs, recommending suitable treatments and products, and providing aftercare advice. The Beauty Therapist collaborates with the wider spa and hotel team to support guest satisfaction, manage bookings, and contribute to the overall premium guest experience. Qualifications
• Cosmetology skills, including professional training or certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology.
• Skin Care skills, including knowledge of skin types, treatment protocols, and product recommendations.
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to follow hotel and spa procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by hotel operations.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel environment is an advantage; knowledge of additional treatments is a plus.
