About fielddrive fielddrive is a global event tech company with a head office in Willebroek, Belgium. We design, build and run our own hardware and software for live events: on-demand badge printing, self-check-in kiosks, session scanning and lead retrieval. We integrate with all the major registration platforms, and our events range from medical congresses to global sporting events. Because the products are ours, from the kiosk case to the software on the tablet, we can shape them around what clients really need onsite and keep improving them after every event. Every client also gets a project manager who knows their event inside out and is there when it counts. That support is why clients keep coming back, and it's the heart of this role.

What you'll do
• Own events from kick-off to wrap-up: onboarding, planning, setup, and debrief
• Be the client's main contact: run calls, clarify what they need, manage expectations and handle last-minute changes calmly
• Set up and test the registration integration and the attendee data flow
• Prepare and check badge designs and badge data
• Plan hardware and logistics, and brief the onsite technicians and freelancers
• Be onsite to lead the setup, solve problems live, and support the client on show days
• Bring what you learn in the field back to our dev, support, and sales teams
• Debrief and make up reports accordingly What you bring
• 1 to 4 years of experience in project management, event operations, technical support or a similar client-facing role
• You like technology, or you're keen to dive in. We'll teach you our tools, integrations and hardware; you bring the curiosity and the drive to find the perfect setup for your client
• You stay calm and communicate clearly under pressure
• You're organised, and you can juggle several projects at different stages
• Fluent English, plus Dutch and/or French
• You're happy to be onsite at events, mostly in Belgium and sometimes abroad
• A driving licence is a plus Nice to have
• Experience with registration platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Swoogo, and so on)
• Experience in the event, congress or trade show industry
• Confident working with Excel or CSV data

What we offer
• Hybrid working: 2 office days a week, and you plan the rest around your events
• A growing scale-up where your ideas get heard and put to use
• A close, international team that has your back, both onsite and in the office
• Room to grow into senior positions
• A salary package with meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, ecocheques, a laptop, a phone subscription and extra per diems during events
• A dog-friendly office. Bring your dog along (we encourage it)
