At SetSyn Protocol, we are building the infrastructure connecting institutional RMB capital, tokenized fixed income, and programmable liquidity. We have the core tech architecture, legal framework, and Hong Kong LPF structure set up. Now, we are looking for our Co-Founder & Managing Partner (Capital Formation & Strategic Finance)—our institutional anchor and capital architect—to launch from 0 → 1. ✨YOUR CORE MANDATE Sitting at the intersection of Issuer Origination × Seed LP Capital × Corporate Equity, you will solve three fundamental questions: 1️⃣ Find the first assets: Originate overseas banks, corporates, and qualified issuers seeking CNH financing or RWA tokenizatio n.2️⃣ Raise the first capital: Secure seed LP commitments from Family Offices, Private Banks, and Asset Manag ers.3️⃣ Finance the company: Lead strategic equity rounds and corporate governance for the Hong Kong operating e ntity.4️⃣ Build the ecosystem: Convert institutional relationships into long-term capital, distribution, and infrastructure partn erships. ✨THIS IS A FOUND ING ROLEWe are seeking a dealmaker and financial architect—someone with the institutional credibility, legal/finance rigor, and network of a true founding CFO/ Partner.
