Take ownership of demanding assignments and help shape our next stage of growth with strong analytical ability, sharp contextual judgment, deep knowledge, and practical wisdom.
We are seeking a licensed, Certified General appraiser who can lead complex commercial and industrial cases from scope definition through final delivery, applying rigorous analysis, nuanced context, and sound professional judgment within Rivera Rubio’s quality review process.
Who we are
Rivera Rubio is a Puerto Rico real estate valuation firm serving financial institutions, professional advisers and private clients. Our work combines local market knowledge, careful research and professional judgment to help clients understand their properties and make informed decisions.
Where we’re going
Over the coming years, we want to build a stronger, more connected team and expand our capacity for complex commercial and industrial assignments. We are investing in shared market knowledge, better research and reporting systems, development and technology that supports sound professional judgment.
We value people who take pride in their work, ask thoughtful questions, help their colleagues and follow through. As the firm grows, we want our people to develop alongside it: with greater expertise, meaningful responsibility and opportunities to contribute.
