GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Events and Promotions Executive is responsible for handling and coordinating the logistics of Classicare events and activities and the efforts and initiatives related to the Advantage line of business. Identifies and develops work plans for region-level initiatives and provides recommendations to strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to increase company exposure resulting in growing Classicare sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate, execute, and participate in marketing and sales events, delivering a timely quarterly activation calendar with full regional alignment and approval.
Conduct quarterly audits of sales points and promotional events to ensure brand standards, CMS Marketing Guidelines compliance, and optimal event execution.
Develop detailed activation plans for each event, maintain accurate records in the Marketing Tool, and ensure timely procurement of promotional materials.
Manage and control the assigned regional budget, authorizing expenditures based on operational needs and preparing monthly budget reconciliations and reports.
Oversee renewals and identify new commercial opportunities at sales points to strengthen brand presence and maximize outreach effectiveness.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with municipalities, agencies, organizations, and businesses aligned with the Medicare target market to secure cost-effective event venues and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with assigned sales regions and Independent Agents to develop promotional plans, sponsorships, and initiatives that maximize sales and budget utilization.
Lead regular meetings with sales regions and Independent Agents to review sales results, identify opportunities for improvement, and strategize for enhanced regional performance.
Support corporate goals to achieve and maintain a 5-Star rating by integrating quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance into all outreach efforts while delivering exemplary customer service and fostering positive member experiences at every interaction.
Coordinates and confirms salesperson and promoter participation at events and sales locations, actively monitoring field operations to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and optimal event execution while providing recommendations as needed.
Participates in conventions and other community activities while providing timely reports to management on event progress, operational details, and outcomes.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and support EBITDA goals by securing sponsorships, sharing resources, optimizing event costs, and reducing operational expenses through donations and negotiated agreements.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related areas. At least three (3) years of experience in areas related to communications, marketing, promotions, and/or event coordination, preferably within the Health Insurance Industry. “Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements.” Certifications / Licenses: A Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required. Other: Must be available to travel to different locations across Puerto Rico and to work extended hours, including weekends, in accordance with operational requirements.
