📢 DANDOY IS HIRING: A CREDIT COLLECTOR 💼 Do you have experience in credit control and enjoy combining financial accuracy, customer relations and a solution-oriented mindset? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you Since 1925, DANDOY has been providing transport and logistics services to customers across Europe. Today, we are looking for a Credit Collector to strengthen our Finance team 🎯 Your responsibilities ✔️ Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue payments ✔️ Maintain professional, diplomatic and constructive relationships with customers ✔️ Investigate billing issues and find appropriate solutions ✔️ Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements ✔️ Assist with credit notes and invoice administration 🔎 The profile we're looking for ▪️ Experience in Credit Control and/or Accounts Receivable, ideally within the transport or logistics sector ▪️ A degree in Finance or equivalent professional experience ▪️ Excellent command of French, Dutch and English ▪️ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills 🚀
