Through our reliable performance, we have earned the trust of a broad client base, including the Hong Kong SAR Government, public utilities, private enterprises, and the general public. We, a leading environmental solutions provider in Hong Kong, are looking for a senior leader to plan, optimize and oversee the operations of our recycling facilities. You do not need a recycling background. We're looking for a Chartered Engineer with strong strategic thinking, leadership and execution skills. Duties
• Set and deliver the strategy and growth plans for our recycling units
• Develop and lead a team of managers, engineers, technicians and operational staff
• Ensure plant and M&E systems operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulations
• Build relationships with government, clients and partners, and find new opportunities Requirements
• Chartered Engineer status (HKIE Corporate Member, CEng UK or equivalent), which is a must. An M&E or Building Services discipline is preferred
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in management role
• A proven record in leadership, strategy and execution
• Good English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
