Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and customer workshops.
• Design and configure Critical Manufacturing MES solutions and manufacturing workflows.
• Prepare and review functional specifications, solution designs, and change requests.
• Drive SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants.
• Support project planning, governance, and project execution. Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience in MES and manufacturing technology solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES (CM MES).
• Proven experience in MES implementation and deployment projects.
• Strong technical skills in SQL Server, C#, and .
NET.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Medical Devices industry experience.
• Life Sciences industry experience.
• Multi-site MES deployment experience.
