Role Description The Junior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Brussels Region, Belgium. This role supports senior account managers in managing client relationships, coordinating tax incentive projects, and ensuring timely delivery of documentation and analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering client information, preparing basic financial and tax-related reports, assisting with project follow-up, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Junior Account Manager will communicate with clients to clarify requirements, schedule meetings, and provide updates, while collaborating closely with internal experts to help optimize clients’ tax positions. The role also involves monitoring deadlines, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development activities as needed. Qualifications
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, or taxation and interest in tax incentives for innovation.
• Organizational and project coordination skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch; additional European languages are an asset.
• Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to work on-site with a multidisciplinary team in the Brussels Region.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in consulting, financial services, or tax advisory is a plus.
